STRONG- If you have a strong Observation rating that means that you have a rating of as an above average player. This is an indication that you know what type of indicators players will give when they are about to make a move. You are observant of key players whether you are in a hand with them or not. You also probably aware of your own tells and know how to mask them.
MEDIUM- If you have a medium Observation rating this means that you have an average rating. This is an indication that sometimes you pay attention to things like betting patterns or obvious tells, however, some trickier tells may be escaping your sight. You may also be in danger of tipping your hand in certain situations.
WEAK- If you have a weak Observation rating that means that you have a rating below average. This is an indication that you ignore or misinterpret tells. You may be focused on other things such as TV, work, chatting with other players or anything else that steals your attention from the poker table. If you plan on being successful you must learn to think single mindedly about poker while playing
